It is such a struggle for me, too. I can eat anything so I have to rely on myself to make the right choices every day. And to be honest, I would prefer the surgery (or something!) else did it for me!! I am right on your heels - just the other side of 200 trying to get under it. You sound like you are hanging in there and congrats for getting under 200 yourself!

Hello! Great to see you! I've only been following you for a few weeks now, and I have been really encouraged. I can't seem to find many Black women who have had WLS on here, so i was glad to see you. Keep up the good work. I am pre-op, so I have many questions.

i dont have any insurance either for my 6 month appt and i didnt do go for labs either but i keep the journal. and we all do that we all know we can eat things we shouldnt just jump back on the wagon
