Here's a really fun and fast mini album pocket page using 12x12 cardstock. The page itself is a top-loading pocket, and it also has 2 more pockets, one on each side.

  • I am new to this too. What is grunge paper?

  • @1sweetbonbon Grunge"board" is a Tim Holtz product - it's compressed paper, basically a thick (like chipboard) material that is flexible. So Grunge"paper" is a thinner version of that, it almost has a leather-type feel to it, only a bit sturdier. Hope that describes it for you! :-)

  • HI I was wondering what size chip board for the cover do you use on this mini? trying to make one? thanks My Fun Scraps

  • @MyFunScraps I'm trying to remember what I did - because this album has sold, but I believe I measured the chipboard slightly larger than the inside pages - so the covers would both measure 6 3/4 x 5 1/2 (this should give you an extra quarter inch on the the top, right side, and bottom. The spine was made with grunge-paper and that piece was probably at least 3 x 5. Also, I used a "medium-weight" chipboard for the covers. I hope this answered your question! Marla :-)

  • I really appreciate your tutorial, I have never made one cause I didn't quite understand how to put one together. You have made it much easier, you rock. where do you buy your chipboard?

  • @morenasa75 I'm so happy you enjoyed the tutorial! Recently I have been buying my chipboard from walmart dot com, it's medium weight chipboard and it's a really great price! Thanks for watching!! :-)
