Dwindling numbers in India's armed forces - 26 Jan 08

India is celebrating tis Republic Day, with a display of military might, marking 58 years since the country adopted its constitution, following independence from Britain.

But looming over this year's festivities are concerns about the future of Indian troop numbers.
