What presided God?

If nothing, why not say the same of the universe, big bang or singularity?

Assuming that everything is created, what created God?

Hahahaha... those where my thoughts, I had no idea that Dawkins' had that on his page. That goes to show that its a legitimate concern that has not been addressed by creationists. And responding that the 'creator' does not need to be created opens the question to whether the initial singularity needs a 'creator'.

Why is knowing so important? Why can't you accept that it's just unknown right now, by everyone. There's no proof of any supernatural being, so why should we believe it? There is proof of the Big Bang, so we believe it. We have no proof of anything before it. That doesn't prove god.

The best answer is, "I don't know. Get out of my way and let me find out."

I have said nothing about your theology - I have referred to some facts regarding the origins of the gospels. You presume to tell me what I think about things I have not mentioned - but still have not refuted a single thing I said.

How objective, you find ultimate truth in these stories - that's fine, but leave the socio/ historical reality of this iron age myth making to the experts.
