CHRISTMAS SHINY: Shiny Latios appears on HeartGold after 2898 SRs! (1/2)

FINALLY A QUICK HUNT!

This shiny means a LOT to me. 1) I found it on CHRIStmas (my name is Chris; plus Christmas is an awesome holiday). 2) It's my first shiny found on the original DS (bought from my cousin in June). 4) It's my first 4th gen. shiny in over 4 months, since Darkrai. 4) Shiny Latios is EPIC. 5) I found it in Decemer, my favorite month!

Wow, wow, wow. I was starting to get pretty mad at my hatching luck and Platinum luck recently (I've hatched over 2640 Skorupi and seen at least 45k non-shinies between Platinum1 and 2). I know, I've had a lot of luck this month, so I can't be picky. I love December! It's kinda funny, a little bit ago I was just thinking about TheFriendlyBee's shiny Latios, found a few days before Christmas last year. WELL, I got myself one!

I had a feeling this hunt would be quick, just like Latias. Also, I was lazy with both hunts and didn't SR much in each sitting. Except I had just decided to commit to at least 500 Latios SRs a day. Surely enough, I only needed to do 236 today to get the shiny! :D

On another note, it's an insane coindicence I found two shiny Rattata on the same Route (22), one recently, and Abenzio two shiny Meowth on the same Route (7), both recently. ALL on LeafGreen1 o_O. Plus he had a feeling a 2nd Meowth would appear, as I felt about Rattata.

*Whew* A lot of close calls with almost running from this shiny...yikes. Watch the capture video to find out what happens next, and whether Timid synchronize worked, like it did with Latias!
