well Dee Dee speaks German the way he speaks English...with a New York accent, but he's comfortable speaking german and i'm sure that he speaks german to his mother who's still alive, besides he loves Germany and he'll never forget the language and he was proud to be half-german too

@MarieW521 I don't think he's speaking German to his mother dude. Dee Dee Ramone died of a heroin overdose in the summer of 2002.
