Hello, in this video i am going to show you how to put OS 5.0.0.230 on your blackberry 8330, this is for the 8330 only i doubt it will work on 8330m and i take no responsibility if you manage to mess up your phone some how. The first thing you are going to want to do is download os 5.0 from this link

once it is done downloading double click and install it to your computer. Once it is installed go to start/computer/c:/ drive/program files/common files/research in motion/app loader and scroll all the way to the bottom and delete the vendor file, then plug your blackberry in to your computer and scroll up and find the loader.exe double click it and follow the on screen instructions.

This is all you have to do to put os 5.0 on your blackberry 8330
