Matt Boone and Walker Rainey - Old Time Country & Bluegrass Festival September 2009

We met these two young men from Tennessee, Matt Boone and Walker Rainey at the Bluegrass Festival. Matt asked us if there was a song we'd like to hear and we requested "Look at Us." This song was recorded by Vince Gill and won the CMA award in 1992. This pretty song was written by my mom's first cousin, Max D. Barnes, who was well-known in Nashville as a song writer annd performer in his own right.

This would of have been a great song If I could've remembered the words! It had been about 5-10 yrs since I'd sang it, But I can never pass up a request, gotta try for my Fans!!!! Glad you guys enjoyed!
