Because memes of reciprocity and social interactions also evolve. Tribe A thinks it's awesome to be violent and kill everything in their path including each other, Tribe B believes that individuals are important in cultivation and sharing resources is a great way to make sure you get your nutritional needs and violence should be used as a means of protection. Whcih tribe do you think survives to pass on their knowledge to the next generation. Open a book written in this century.

@Rick1111ization and disproving the 1984 court case... which one was that? the McLean v. Arkansas Board of Education case in "1982" which was a push by creationists to ban evolution through the "balanced treatment" approach which failed and resulted in creationism being declared a pseudo-science or Edwards v. Aguillard in "1987" which OVERTURNED a Louisiana law prohibiting evolution without creationism. So next time, learn science before failing at it, it is called evidence for a reason!

@Rick1111ization Second law of TD:No process is possible whose sole result is the transfer of heat from a body of lower temperature to a body of higher temperature.

Essentially:Heat cannot flow from cold regions to hot regions without external work being performed on the SYSTEM! System being closed like a refrigerator or a microwave, not the universe, which hasn't been proven to be a closed system, so it is accepted as a positive until proven otherwise, so the law does not even apply here.

First law of TD states:"In all cases in which work is produced by the agency of heat, a quantity of heat is consumed which is proportional to the work done; and conversely, by the expenditure of an equal quantity of work an equal quantity of heat is produced." so essentially: energy cannot be created or destroyed, which disproves God just as much as the big bang.
