So can I ask? Homes that were priced at $600,000., are selling for 250,000. Just want to know who is going to buy a 250,000 house? I am from canada and you need 5% down and at least $80,000 annual income to even try to buy a home. and soon they will need 10%. Are they still giving out 0% down mortgages in usa?
