  • @Godssunshine20 -Begin by double checking and making sure that the hydraulic cylinders are installed properly. Additionaly, the TreadClimber Assembly/Owner’s Manual includes a chart with suggested starting resistance levels based on the user’s weight. Refer to the chart and adjust the hydraulic cylinders to these settings. Lastly, check and tighten both upper and lower bolts that connect the hydraulic cylinders to the unit. Please call us at (800) 605-3369 if these steps don’t resolve the issue.

  • Hi, I am having a problem with my bowflex TC1000, The Hydraulic cylinder hits the top part, it doest just glide like it useto, now when I'm working out all you hear is bump...bump...bump and I haven't been using it because of it, and I gain weigth and I need to lose the weigth : (
