For a first try, not bad. Keep working at it. A couple suggestions.
1. Climbing ladders is slow. For any particularely long ones, try and find a method of bypassing them (rush coil, tornado blow, or even concrete shot)
2. At 1:33, you can ncompletely bypass the first 2 teleporters if you jump a little later, as a jump can be made directly into the third one without any aid
3. During the boss fight, you can hit the black holes with concrete shot to make them dissapear.
