Are there any aids available to assist a disabled rider (MS) with squeezing or applying leg pressure to horse?

in spring i'm going to learn how to gallop, and i started with the lessons like 3 months ago :D

I have been told it will take you longer to get the sitting trot down then anything else. This is a really good video of what to do.

I find sitting trot really hard at the moment, I'm currently learning sitting trot and I'm bouncing around everywhere. Keeping my heels down whilst in sitting trot is so hard also, I'm bouncing round trying to relax and the stirrups are going everywhere haha... rising trot is way easier >.<

@deathbyfurballs Lol! My first fall came from attempting sitting trot without stirrups - I just slid off sideways! :P

Rising trot is WAAAY easier for me lol i look like a chicken in sitting trot

My horse responds to voice comands very well so I don't usually have to give her the kick

@XbigbearXful i agree posting without stirups is sooo hard!
I actually learned the posting trot first, then sitting. I personally think that posting is much easier :D
