Hey! Thanks so much for making these videos. I got Nikki for my Birthday and I was a little young. I'm thirteen now so I'm a little older. I was younger and she was my first doll. I played with it and brushed her. Now her hair is the worst and is all frizzy and not shiny and bad. I need help! I really don't want to send her to the hospital. Can u help? Thanks Sara!

hey umm the nikki i have is really messed up she is bald in spots and her hair is fryed should she go to the doll hospital or should i buy a new doll?
