There was so much resplendence, beauty and charisma to pick from and the judges selected the very ordinary Dayanara Torres.
Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Australia, etc. were clearly better. Venezuela was so gorgeous and that magnetism was electric!
Dayanara's fans claim she is an "actress, singer, model, writer", etc. but all her work leaves much to be desired and is only well known in PR & Miami.

no es por nada, pero dayanara se veia tan sosa, feita, un poquitin ignorante y lengua mocha, la miss venezuela del vestido feo era mejor que ella, le llevaba años luz...en la actualidad esta muy guapa y habla mejor...como ha evolucionado la ex del flacuchento desgraciado del marc anthony...

Damn, the women in this miss universe look so much better than the plastic, fake beauty of the ones today. That 1992 Miss Universe has gorgeous curves on her. And LOL the crown is too big for Dayanara's head.
