i'm trying to find an xmas song by a japanese all male punk band, i have no idea who they are but i'm sure the title had super and xmas in it? Quite melodic, nice harmonies and very catchy...please help! Thanks!

if they played the card type of music it would sound better. it sounds like sesame street music or something to play on the disney channel.  take the keyboard out and put a rhytim guitar and play a little faster

I believe the lyrics were by Thurston Moore, but the music by Shonen Knife.

In any event, the restricted range in the opening verse gives a wonderful sense of not quite fully expressing an underlying feeling - it makes sense, then, that the singer is singing, trying to explain themselves. It also makes it so easy to engage with the song - people discussing their deepest feelings are usually less inarticulate, and all the more precious to us.

And the three of them are cute as buttons, too.
