One point of interest I would like to add is, when I was in the hospital after my car crash in 1984, I got my family to bring in my guitar. Anyway, the first song I managed to play well was........"STRONG ARM OF THE LAW" by SAXON! No word of a lie! Not because it was the easiest thing to play with one hand, I was into Saxon big at that time. The song title was very ironic as well. So I like to think that, the power of Saxon Rock 'n' Roll, probably helped me to continue to keep rockin' as you see today.

I used to be right handed too! I don't think any thing exists as far as one handed guitar lessons go. I did it on my own. All I could tell you is, just experiment and see what you can do. Perseverance is the key because it isn't easy! If you have never played before I would try maybe using tab of songs on the internet to get you going to learn some licks. I have more videos on my channel too that you could watch, maybe you can learn a few things. Anyway I hope my suggestions help. Best of luck!

Hey, very inspiring. I am 21 with only a left hand to use to play (originally righty). Is there a place on online where I can get beginners lessons to learn to play with only my left hand?

Sorry so late with response! Thank you very much. I can totally sing while playing too. I've been trying to get a group together 4 a long time...not working! I might do something solo like that in the near future.
