you can tell its the 80s just from his moustache, but the music on the other hand is timelessly brilliant and theatrically macabre, as to be expected from Mr Koshkin

Its "Yellow Paper Dragon" from the "Porcelain Tower" by Nikita, Duarte, Rak. Great performance. Not much from these variations on youtube
