  • bittersweet ganache is nasty....no sweetness to it. and was that some kind of super thick bran oat muffin??? are you suree you are a pastry chef because wat you put out was pretty mediocre product. i make better looking things and im no chef.

  • hope ya know...just sayin...that little time you whipped it, it wasnt whipped at all. with that low of a volume in the bowl, all it did was mix it up some more.  not trying to be mr. perfect, but you gotta have at LEAST 1/4 the way up the beater before it'll actually whip. good job tho =)

  • @CookingMaster2 let it cool at room temperature for about 2-2 and a half hours and it'll thicken up.
