I was taking pictures of my friend so he may put them on his wall. Came up behind him on full brakes and didn't pay attention for the burble.

3rd jump of the season after 4 months lay off, not current, all my fault etc etc...

Close call, almost shit my pants, grounded myself the rest of the day. =/

I've had the same thing happen to me while paragliding, except I had 300' of altitude..... scary isn't it??

Great that you had good altitude :-). Happened to me as well flying behind a Velo 103, with me on about half brakes (in the non GoPro HD days...but I think I'll post a video response here if possible)

It's a good lesson for everyone not to mess with burbles on a crowded approach to landing. I found that up high it fun to hit the burble now that I know it's there :-)
