I let my dog Ralphie (a rescue dog from Manitoba German Shepherd Rescue) outside so he could take a whiz/dump, and alla sudden I heard these craaaazy strange, weird noises. Noises like I ain't never heard before. Sounded just like them "trumpet" noises heard around the world and worldwide like in Kiev (where chicken comes from), Chile (where chili comes from), Croatia, Germany, and the Pas up in Northern Manitoba....only much different. Almost jazzy? Like a saxomaphone? Are all these sounds being caused by HAARP, or just an avid fan of jazz music?
