Pretty certain that in California, spitting in someones face is considered an act of violence and form of assault -which means you can be arrested. I think "Puck" is a lying, low-life (and Im not black) and David is no better for asking to do the same. F people!

@mhill94 he's the first black dude Ive seen on reality tv that took a spit in the face and did nothing. where i come up white dudes,even asians will beat the tar out of you if you "spit" on them. and the name calling was so pussified. "you white boy!" wtf does spitting on his face have to do with race color? I give him props for being anti wife beating but really? and stereotyping? did you know its stereotype when a black argue with a white person race calling will be brought up in the fit?

God, do I remember this. Both of them were equally repulsive and at fault. David was clearly trying to provoke & his usage of gendered insults like b*tch was disgusting. After SF Puck is a POS. After trying to ruin the last months of a dying man, mocking him & aggravating his stress, he is less than sh*t. He could get mugged & I would have no sympathy. And it's appalling watching the clueless cast members cheering for Puck as though he were some kind of hero. Bottom line, they're both gross.

@br007306 Good point, but you gotta understand that MTV can't permanently kick out people from the Challenge because of ratings. When CT took off on Adam on the Duel 2, he of course was kicked off, but came back a few seasons later because they need people like him who stir up drama. Drama=ratings.

@TheStackzamillion if you read my statement right i said both of them were acting crude. By the way women spit more then men? Men always do that. i just give them a disgusted look. I grew up with knowing, men spitting in front of woman is poor up bringing. why am i bringing that up? cos you just compared women to children. Your view of women is more then i can help you with. You need to take that up with a counselor or find a healthy man role model. freedom of opinion.

lesson of this story, If you have something to lose i.e. a family to support. DONT START SHIT!!!
