I really think Bioware essentially just took an amateur, unproven and unimpressive engine, scripted in some WoW-like gameplay, and then spent 200 mil (or w/e) on a bunch of overpriced, poorly written/directed voice acting. It's hard to see where all that money really went. It's a shame.

I disagree with you on one aspect, the PvP; now I didn't even level my character to lv 10, so this is a second hand oppinion. If it is as you say, that the stats and gear are scaled in the PvP arena, and the only difference between the players is their skills, the devide should be rather narrow, much like the 10-level groups in WoW; perhaps better, as it weights more on the use of skills?

@ubulunikum Yes but the level 50 has alot more skills to choose from, he can Stun, Silence, Knockback, Dot, Heal etc pp depending on class, on level 10 you have like 1/3rd - 1/5th the abilities that a level 50 has, so he can stun you and damage you but you can´t in return since you do not own the ability yet so the level 50 still has an advantage over a level 10 person.

@ubulunikum Think of it like this: You enter a battle. You have basic skills, the enemy your facing has all talents for dps or tank and 3-4 stuns, option to guard allies, debuff you, and so on and so forth. guess whos winning? thats right the guy with all the skills! The only way to fix this is to remove all the skills for all levels above the lowest level of the lowest level player in the pvp zone. if there is a level 10. then everyone can only use level 10 skills at most.

I would flame you, but I'm a melee class and I'm more of a Star Trek fan anyway, he he. But yeah, a lot of my friends are screaming for SWTOR. I've looked at it, and it's not wowing me. I'm more of a beat-em-up (Rusty Hearts) starship flying (Star Trek Online, which is going free2play Jan 17) kinda guy.

But seriously, it sounds like you're suffering from LP burnout.  You just take a break and relax. I know I felt that way a while back. But a good 2 1/2 month break helped me sort that out.

@NostalgiaLP Huh? You don´t need to buy Items in WoW to have a good Char oO The only items are pets or Mounts, nothing else ... WoW is no F2P game :P
