actually, this can be retail wow, you guys ever heard of model changing? You can make your char look like a dwarf or gnome or human, you can make all blood elves look like keal thas etc etc... just others cant see what you see

I didn't modified any file, you can get your race switched for an hour if you are an engineer.
You need to use the teleporters. there's a chance to get a certain buff, with that buff your race changes.
Hope that clears any misunderstandings.
