The nicest thing about this video for me is that somebody took the time to teach the decoy to be conscious of moving his arms to potentially guard/block the dog coming off the bite & coming up. It *should be* something that's assumed to be taught but more & more all the time, folks seem to be lacking on teaching good basic safety protocols.
