i never thought that was true before, but now , thats the only reason i could think of to not have ricky on the show..

they didn't see his versatility on AI... he was actually boring. Now I just stumbled upon these videos... he ROCKS!!!!

Of course it is....the judges only sit it out for the monetary benefits the show brings in. They couldn't care less about the contestants!

This guy can sing ANYTHING!! If you talk about boring, i think Lil Rounds is a great singer, but boring ... can;t understand how she got thro but not Ricky... i think Ricky was just unlucky the other guys had more interesting life stories.. i just love Ricky!!

Oh pleease people , don't be naive. it did not matter what he sung - they already decided who they were going to let through. They heard ricky MANY times in hollwood, they knew what he was capable of. They did not select him so that he great singing wouldn't interfere with their ALREADY DECIDED WINNER - this show is fixed

He should have sang this in the wildcard round. He tried too hard to show a bit of personality singing "Superstition" but Simon and Randy didn't bite and even called him a bit karaoke and self-indulgent. The judges think he is boring but Jasmine is even more boring
