When the show was first on, she was so stiff and uncomfortable, but you can tell that this was after she'd become used to being on camera, and was more relaxed and herself. She had a huge sense of humor and loved to goof around, and that's very evident from this clip. I learned to cook from her book "The Way to Cook" but everything she wrote is fabulous. An amazing woman, a true American original.
