I think my favorite part of watching these shows is it shows you how paranoid we've gotten about raw food (and rightfully so in many cases). She's just putting her bare hands all over that poultry like "I don't give a fuck".

@1doedoe Not necessarily. Another cause of yellow skin is marigold flowers ground up in the chicken feed. It's a common practice in the US. Apparently yellow skin is more appealing than white. They both taste the same to me.
