Great, another video of a skinny guy that already had abs and was defined, getting more defined. Now can I see someone starting out from the other end of the spectrum?

I used to be fat as a kid. Back in 7th grade, 1997 I wieghted 180 pounds. I ran it off and changed my diet. You could never tell I used to be fat, unless I took off my shirt, I have just a little pudge aka extra skin on my tummy. Not a whole ton, but I don't think anyone can get a body like this if they were ever fat, ever! I would murder to have my body look like this! I do P90X and everything, work my ass off and I still don't have this body! How long did this take you? Congrats man!

what triceps workouts did you do? can you tell us please?

@cricerom Overhead triceps extensions with a v rope (Cables) (from top part)
D grip reverse bicep curl (cables) (From top part)
Tricep pushdown (Cables, top part)
3-4 sets on each exercise, 8 -12 reps
