The first part is the tribute video that played in front of a sold-out audience at The Outland Trophy Awards Dinner in Omaha, NE. The second part is Ndamukong Suh's emotional acceptance speech. Produced by Cox Communications in Omaha, NE for Husker fans all over the world. Special thanks to The Greater Omaha Sports Committee, The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Athletic Department and Huskervision. Suuuuuuuuhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Too bad the date listed in the introduction of such a valued video to avid Husker fans is incorrect ... The Outand Trophy Banquet was held Thursday, January 14, 2010 ... not January 15, 2009.

  • We'll get it fixed, in the hurry to share it we messed up the date :(

  • In my 21 years of being a husker fan, there is always certain players that leave their mark at nebraska, that i'll never ever forget and Ndamukong Suh is one of them. I'll never forget him. I teared up watching this, i've really enjoyed watching him play. I'm going to miss him comming onto the field and the "suh' chant. I look forward to seeing more of him in the NFL.

  • So proud to have someone like Suh as part of the Husker Family. Wish we could have four more years.

  • Learn a little bit of foreign language and culture first.

  • Funny how the narrator has so much respect for Suh but doesn't put any effort into pronouncing his name.

  • We are the Champions ... Roll Tide Roll ...

  • anybody else get goosebumps listening to suh talk?

  • I think we will all miss watching him in a Big Red uniform. We wish you well Mr Suh. And you will ALWAYS be a Husker.

    GBR

  • @spurzo4spurzo

I've been hoping for that same scenario- Suh and Ruud on the same team, that's a lot of OOOOOHing but dare to dream.

Are the Bucs willing to give up picks they desperatly need (2nd rounder, etc) when they can still get guys like Berry or McCoy (OU) at #3?

I don't know if any player w/out a down in the NFL is worth that for a team with so many holes (See Saints/Ricky Williams).

As for this video, it made me a little teary.. Love ya, Big Suh! GBR!!

  • So how long to we have to wait before his number is retired and put up next to the husker legends at memorial stadium?
