Very nicely filmed video, if you've ever sat in a rowing shell and tried to make it move well, this brings it all back. At the National level, it's another world. One our women rowers made the USA Four and spent a year on the international circuit. It takes a long time to get the synchronizing fluid, but it's all worth it. Check out University of Washington before making comments on women :-)

1GGY that is very disrespectful. Canada has a very strong womens rowing program. I see female crews every morning that could row through you like nothing. I know that because only an amateur would make a comment such as yours.
