good idea for back and rear delt train together,but what happen to pull up and lat pull down?

the amount of melanin in someones skin means nothing .he could be purple with green polkadots and he would still be a great bodybuilder.true gym rats dont see color,race creed,or religion.everyone helps everyone ouy.as far as back goes;blood and sweat back-deadlifts-5x5,deadlifts in rack with pins set below knees-5x5,barbell rows-5x6,weighted chins-5x5,snatch and clean grip high pulls-5x5,good mornings-3x8-15,snatch grip shrugs-5x5.

i mean every black man is cut up !! nothing new !! they dont need to workout
i do 5 of the things you do in my workout, which is once a week for back and 4 other days for different parts. do you think i need to increase the back exercise or is once a week for 1 hour enough for back?

@newsweekrocks Once a week is fine if you truly exhaust and isolate the back, only then will it be an effective back workout. In addition, proper supplementation will be necessary to aid in recovery and building lean muscle tissue. I suggest purchase a branch chain amino acid product and a protein supplement.
