Michael Moore discovers some hospitals have mimicked Bill Clintons Workfare with Work Care a program that forces people who cant pay medical bills to work jobs around the hospital. Moore decides this is brilliant and sets up his own medical tent where patients iron, sweep and sew for treatment. / Michael Moore believes Lucianne Goldberg invaded a right to privacy when she convinced Linda Tripp to tape phone conversations with Monica Lewinsky. Moore decides to take Goldbergs right to privacy away by setting a webcam up across the street of Goldbergs apartment. / The Taliban banned many things from Afghanistan in the 1990s. When Michael Moore finds out TV is one of them he pays a visit to The Taliban Islamic Movement of Afghanistan located in Queens.

I don't agree that putting people to work in order to pay of their debt to a hospital is the best idea anybody ever came up with, but it's a lot better than what the system has in place now. My girlfriends uncle didn't have money to pay for his diabetic insulin so they just said "sorry," and a week later he was dead.
