This my favorite Tim Dorsey book, though I love them all. The part where Serge meets up with the Christian youth was hysterical. I see Misha Collins as Serge(plays angel on "Supernatural"), and Galiafinakis as Coleman. Bruce Willis as
Mahoney. Directed by Cohen Brothers. No, I haven't given this any thought at all.

More creative, energetic, and hilarious than usual. This one was a joy to read and is one of my two favorite Dorsey books. So great to follow the boys one more time. So when will we see Serge and Coleman in a movie... I'm thinking Nicholas Cage and Jack Black...

Robert Downey Jr as Serge. He's the right age, manic disposition, and look. Coleman has to be played by Johnny Knoxville. That there is guaranteed comedy and box office gold.

Dwight Yokam as Coleman. or the guy from revenge of the nerds "Booger". John Cussack is perfect as Serge. We in Canada are still waiting for the book. Lots of fun to be had.

Yet another incredible book. Although I am convinced that Serge and Coleman are the two greatest literary characters of all time, I'd be worried about seeing them in a movie. So often the big screen does not do justice to the novel. However, maybe more people would be introduced to Tim, and that would be a good thing.
I can't wait for the next installment.

I've always thought that Johnny Dep would rule as serge, Jack Black as Coleman. Story, Sharon, etc... so many options.

I think John Cusack would make the best Serge! He has the right sense of humor and he already has the killing chops from "Grosse Point Blank".

I think Johnny Depp would be a fantastic Serge!!! Maybe get a few of the old Fear and Loathing actors back together...
