  • Delois one of the best voices of all time!

  • Masterpiece! One of Delois' best recordings. The interplay between her and Roberta Martin's piano was seldom captured so well. And dig that lusty top note!

  • Delois Barrett Campbell is excluded from the above photo used, why?

  • from everything great artistically about delois, the greatest portion is how she would harmonize with whom ever and how she would allow her vibrato to resonant in recordings and during live performances is reason why she is one of thebest to ever open her mouth. The freedom in her sound and the way she would give you power and ease at one time is the reason I love her much. The great depth of her spirituality is reason she continues to be one of the greatest vocalist in my life.

  • Gorgeous.

  • This is my favorite recording of all time. Does anyone know where i can download a clean MP3 or buya good quality CD of it. My vinyl is so worn out it is just about useless.

  • since your taking request here a few; There's a God; look up and live; keep the faith ; Only God; when he calls my name; one day; best things inlife are free; Just Jesus and me; I know I got religon; and This I believe.....If u could post at least one or two of these I 'll be so glad I'm a fan of the RMS.....

  • Linda, are you out there?????You really did a great job on this song in our youth choir in Atlanta, Georgis in the 60's....I can still feel the spirit of the song. Thanks JayEm, you did it again.

  • couldn't have said it better Jay and direfranch

that was beautiful....and the stripped down quality of this--makes you realize how noisey/electronic/scattered some of the recordings are today.
