I'm not judging: I'm just saying that world of fashion requires certain features that forces normal proportions.

Then what guide you use for drawing a child or a teen? Can you make a tutorial for them?

I'm working on a few tutorials... but it takes longer than expected!! :/

However, proportions vary continuously, so I'll try to put something online (but I guess there is something on the net)
