Giuliano's Pilots Knife Fire Kit

Giuliano's YT channel is "Giutoniolo". He usually does versions of all his videos in both Portuguese and English. He is the founder of the Bushmaster Wilderness Survival School (Mestre Do Mato in Portuguese).

For this trip we decided to put the English versions of what we shot on my channel and the Portuguese versions up on his channel. He has much to teach and often a different way of doing things than I do.

Two questions; Why carry an extra striker, don't most people use the blade of their knife?

Second you've emptied a 'chapstick' container to fill with Vaseline, did you try burning the "lip protector" I'm told it works just like Vaseline, and you can put it on your lips too :)

@JOCAMPO87 I use them in the bush for fire tinder for the reqsons presented in the video. I am pretty sure of my sexuality so it´s no big deal for me to buy it as it wont affect my manhood just for buying a tampon for bushcraft! I guess it takes someone whos not so sure of his sexuality to ask people questions like that! Im not saying thats your case though! So dont take it personally!

@knifedrago I dig that knife for its profile first and the history behind it. Ive had it for many years now. But I do not use the edge of it but a notch there is on the blade near the handle where you have no sharp edge, which makes it ideal for striking sparks on the ferro rod! Thank you for asking!
