. I have concentrated on sculpture(two of them, clay and POP) primarily for their malleability and universal representation.
The title 'sculpting Mind Poems' is based on the two dualistic features in the film- sculpture and mind poems. Sculpture on its own was experimented with and dissolved with the medium of film and its tenets to try stop frame animation, hence animating inanimate clay to depict motion, emotion and a process of self evolution.
The audio part of this film is non diagetic and both associative and non related .It is a soundscape created to act as a series of voices, universal questions and answers which are part of a universal self reflective dialogue. These 'mind poems' are mixed as a sound installation of introspection.
The second half of the mini film concentrates on a Plaster of Paris two faced sculpture I made titled, 'Who am I?!'. By constructing the sound bytes with the separate visuals I delved into issues of love and self realization.
