Most older fighters dont have insane records because they fought outside their weight classes. Shamrock was winning his fight with rutten when he was cut btw. He held the ufc 205 lbs title while weighing in at 195, when most of the others were 215. Than he won the wec title at 195 when his opponent was 225 on fight night. Frank is a kick ass fighter

Frank fought Bas Rutten three times. First on 12/16/1994 , second on 7/23/1995 and third on5/16/1996. He lost to Bas Rutten twice out of three fights. He's a good fighter but you should disclose full stats because it's kind of misleading. His record is 23 wins to 9 losses, which is pretty good but not at the top level like Lyoto Machida 13-0 and Fedor Emelianenko's 28-1.

Frank beat Bas Rutten, Tsuyoshi Kohsaka, Jeremy Horn, Tito Ortiz, and Phil Baroni. Those guys aren't pussies. Frank has some decent wins. Who have you guys beaten? OK thanks, stop talking shit on the internet against Frank until you have beaten someone (Fred Ettish doesn't count).
