This video was inspired by other Youtubers, Big Al Mayo, Mr. Fifer, and David Vollmer, all modelers I look up to and that have inspired me to be a better modeler myself. My layout is based on the Modern NYC, which was revitalized along with the Pennsy, in 1976 after the failed PC bankruptcy. The locale is the West Shore Subdivision just south of Rochester, NY around Genesee Jct. The layout plan itself is not based on the actual prototype. The operations will be prototypical and based on actual practices as closely as I can. The NYC interchanges with its shortline partner the Livonia, Avon & Lakeville at Genesee Jct. which is made up of former Erie and Lehigh Valley lines. Enjoy the video and please comment!!! I would really like some feedback. Thanks!!!
Great video. I use to live in Liviona, still live in the Rochester area. I am starting my own N scale layout. Main roadname will be CSX, but I want to do LAL and GW stuff also when I find them or get brave enough to try to make my own.

@19redskins71 Thanks for the comment. Atlas recently released LAL's # 420, which i was running at the RIT train show, and I had #424 custom painted, they also released a whole bunch of GW equipment over the last couple years. Thanks for subscribing and keep watch an new update video will be coming soon!!
