Athletix Workout video number 6 - Yoga Shoulder workout. I created this sequence to help you strengthen and open up your shoulders. Focusing on your shoulders will help you to be able to stand up taller and with more confidence! I always imagine that when the shoulders draw back and open its like the heart is smiling :-) Try it! Do this sequence a couple of times a week and as you start to feel stronger in the strengthening exercises simply increase the number of repetitions. As always, dont forget to breathe!
