@unclesonnyonutube I know and thats nice of you im not bashin i just know they are legal there are quite a few guys even in florida that ride them and they do 75 geared i have one and im a fat guy too, all they are is an assembled title just like any other chopper that you see on tv or anywhere else so why wouldnt they be legal in the first place?

just because someone owns one in all 50 states does not make them highway legal(above 55mph)in all 50 states.

Like I said, I do not know the law in all states but the last i checked they are not highway legal in Florida and a few other states. So I was only advising that he check into the local state laws of wherever his road trip was routed to avoid any unsavory confrontations with the law.
