A tutorial on the basics of the demo recorder. For those with difficulty seeing the console on the screen, the commands used are:
record [filename]
stop
bind [key] stop
voice_loopback 1

The filepath of your demo files will be:
c:\program files (x86?)\steam\steamapps\(your username)\team fortress 2\tf
