So last week I checked in from the top of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, Colorado and today I produced this video in Knoxville while recuperating from a back injury I suffered while on the mountain. The GREAT NEWS is that I will be back to 100% shortly! I am alive and well and in all-around excellent condition all things considered. The injury was a wake-up call in more ways than one, and I truly believe that everything has happened for a reason.
