Another great step aerobics workout for beginners. Enjoy 30 minutes of basic step aerobics in this class taught at a moderate pace with an emphasis on proper form. All of the workouts at www.discountworkouts.com come with two complete workouts per DVD. If you need a little motivation in your fitenss routine, just keep in mind that the instructor in this class is a mother of 4 - you can get results!

  • This is not a beginners routine.There are too many moves .I have been teaching for 12 years and this for people who are comfortable on a step and have used a step before.Don't rty it if you have never stepped before.
