Running My Way Back Into Your Heart- Chapter Six Part Two!!!

READ PART ONE FIRST!!!!

Once we finally got off the painfully horrifying ride people like to call a Ferris wheel, we headed over to the tunnel of love. The boat was so adorable. It was a swan and then the back which is what you leaned against, was in the shape of a heart and the bench was red. We cuddled the entire ride, and we would kiss whenever there was a part where it was dark. Just in case anyone was watching, they couldn't see us stealing kisses. It lasted a good ten minutes until we reached the end, which was also the other side of the park. We decided to take a break from the rides and play a few games. Joe and I went against each other in a game of Whack-A-Mole. I beat him and won a stuffed armadillo. It definitely had Joe's name written all over it. "Here you go Joe-Joe Bear. I give you this armadillo. He goes by the name of Archie." I proposed, handing Joe the armadillo. "Awwa. Thank you honey. It's adorable. And I love the name. I need to win you something now." He said, going over to a game where you had to knock a pyramid of bottles over with a baseball. He played about four times until he gave up. "That was impossible. They must glue the bottles down or something." Joe complained, walking over to a game that consisted of pure strength. He grabbed the huge mallet and whacked it as hard as he possibly could on the small metal plate below. The cylinder shaped piece of metal flew through the plastic and rang the bell on his second try. He won a huge purple and green monkey.

"Here you are my dear." He sang, handing me the huge monkey that was nearly as big as me. "This monkey goes by the name of sputnik." Joe laughed, picking up his armadillo from the ground. "Sputnik? Oh you're adorable. I thought you were going to go with Barney since he is green and purple." I confessed, lugging the huge thing in my arms. "Oh no. I'm not always that predictable." He said, putting his arm comfortably around my waist. I smiled up at him, allowing our lips to meet for a short, desired kiss. "Where to now?" he asked, walking around aimlessly. "Uhh. What more is there to do?" I questioned, almost wishing we could go somewhere else. "Well. We can't leave to our next destination for another-wait a second. I have an idea. Would you like to go somewhere else?" he asked, rolling his sleeve back down from previously looking at his watch on his wrist. "That sounds nice." I said, glad I could set Sputnik down.

We walked back to the car, on our way to our third destination. I have to admit, that was also very romantic. I was trying so hard to figure out where we could be going now. We drove for nearly two hours. I was amazed Joe was willing to go anywhere to keep me impressed. It was sort of sad actually. I would have been satisfied staying at home and just spending time with him, but this is nice too. We pulled over to the side of the street and Joe reached in the back for something. "What are you doing Joey?" I asked, watching him dig around. "Here. Put this on." He instructed, handing me a bandana. "What? Why?" I questioned, completely confused. "Use it to cover your eyes. I don't want you to see this destination before we actually get there." He informed, helping me tie it around my head. "Can you see anything?" he asked, waving a hand in front of my face. "Darkness." I responded, completely unaware of where he was going to take me.

We drove a little bit more until I felt the car jerk to a stop. "Okay. We're here. But stay in the car. I'm going to come around on your side and help you out. You can't peek yet." He said, opening his door, then quickly closing it. I heard my door open and then I felt his familiar warm hands on my stomach as he unbuckled my seat belt. He picked me up bridal style, slamming the car door. He began walking, continuing to carry me. He walked a little bit more and then finally set me down. I wasn't sure if we were in the right spot, or if I was just getting too heavy for him. "Okay. You can take your blindfold off now." He instructed, keeping a hand on my waist. I did as I was told and was completely in awe. "Oh my gosh Joe. I can't believe you remember that this is where we first met." I said, tears immediately springing to my eyes. "Surprise." He whispered, unable to say anything more as I sprang into his arms, giving him a huge hug.

Okay. Soooo...the next one is going to be even better than these two little filler chapters combined. I hope so anyway. If everything goes as planned, I'll be very satisfied. :] Hehe. I hope you enjoyed this chapter and chapter five. And I sure as heck hope you enjoy chapter seven just as much, or even more. :] I'll shut up and go write now!!! I'm on a role tonight. :]
