weatherviz: internet connected kinetic sculpture

Weatherviz is an environmental data driven kinetic sculpture. A stream of Internet downloaded weather information drives four dynamic components representing precipitation, velocity, weather energy and temperature in a series of short performances of recent storm events from around the United States. Created by Eric Carlson and Alexander Jones and previewed in July, 2010 weatherviz is available for future installations.
