In this video you will see an English tongue twister and uno scioglilingua Italiano.
You'll notice that the word "scioglilingua" is both irregular (irregulare) and invariable (invariabile). It is masculine even though it ends in an "a" and it also doesn't change when it goes from singular to plural.
