Kirsty wakes Kane up with a surprise for him. She produces a pregnancy test from behind her back - he's going to be a Dad. They are ecstatic, and Kirsty thinks about the night that she conceived - the night before he went for his operation. They figure it was meant to be, and things are finally coming together for them. They decide to go and spread the news.
