Turns out im now lvl 52 and within 1 perk of been able to do this, oooo yer

One word, HOW lol im lvl 18 new to th game really, highest skill is destruction, at 67, lvl 18 dark elf mage done all mage quests so seem pretty good but this is insane lol how long do u peeps play this :)?

No cheating. The game allows for -100% magicka cost (and even over that) using legit game mechanics.
