Surgical treatment of the left chamber artery -- it occurs as a complication from the coronary disease with a risk of its splashing and bleeding afterwards, so it comes under high risk, emergency operations. It consist of a treatment of the coronary disease and treatment of the left chamber aneurism itself, witch depending of the size and presence of a thromb, can be solved by an open method that means resection and removing of the thromb and afterwards closing the defect by reconstruction of the form of the left chamber or by a closed way by reconstruction of the form of the left chamber without opening, with stitching with surgical thread.
